At Latercase, we stand by our ultra-thin designs, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your return is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely place the case in its original box and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
